FEDERAL UNIVERSITY, LAFIA (FULAFIA) RELEASES POSTGRADUATE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) wishes to inform the general public, especially prospective applicants seeking admission into postgraduate programmes, that the institution has officially commenced the sale of application forms for its various Postgraduate Studies for the 2025/2026 academic session. Interested candidates are invited to apply for either the online or onsite postgraduate programmes offered by the university.

The available postgraduate courses cover a wide range of disciplines and specialisations, providing candidates the opportunity to advance their academic and professional pursuits in a conducive learning environment. Details of these programmes can be viewed on the attached official flier or through the School of Postgraduate Studies portal.

To apply, prospective candidates are required to visit the university’s official School of Postgraduate Studies portal at APPLICATION PORTAL Applicants should log in to initiate the application process and carefully follow all the instructions provided on the portal to complete their application correctly and efficiently.

The application form is available at a non-refundable fee of twenty-six thousand naira (N26,000.00) only. Interested candidates are advised to make payment online through the portal using a valid payment method.

The sales of the application forms will commence on Monday, 4th August, 2025 and will run until Friday, 30th September, 2025. Applicants are encouraged to complete and submit their applications well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues or disqualification due to late registration.

Please note that all applicants will be required to sit for a compulsory qualifying examination, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 4th October, 2025 by 9:00 am prompt. The examination venue depends on the mode of study selected by the candidate. Those applying for online programmes will write their exams virtually, while those applying for onsite programmes will take their exams physically at their respective departments within the university campus in Lafia.

Candidates are advised to prepare adequately for this examination, as it forms a crucial part of the admission process. Only applicants who pass the qualifying examination and meet other admission criteria will be offered provisional admission.

The Registrar, Nuradeen Abdu, signed this notice on behalf of the university management. For further enquiries, candidates may visit the official postgraduate portal or contact the School of Postgraduate Studies through the appropriate channels provided.
