COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, GINDIRI RELEASES DEGREE/NCE ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

PROF TEE-JAY

The College of Education, Gindiri hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its academic programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. These programmes include both the Degree and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) programmes, designed to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and qualifications for a rewarding career in education and other related fields.

Prospective candidates who are interested in pursuing a Degree programme must have obtained a minimum score of 180 and above in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), while those applying for the NCE programmes must have scored at least 100 and above. Candidates who meet the specified requirements are to visit the College website at www.coeeg.edu.ng to access and fill out the online application form.

The College also wishes to inform interested applicants that forms for the Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) are still available and on sale. This programme is particularly suitable for graduates who wish to obtain a professional teaching qualification and be fully certified to work as educators across various levels of the Nigerian education system.

The College of Education, Gindiri remains committed to academic excellence and continues to offer a wide range of programmes in various disciplines, cutting across the sciences, arts, and humanities. These programmes are carefully designed to prepare students not only for teaching roles but also for leadership, administration, and research opportunities in the education sector.

In addition, candidates who did not write the 2025/2026 JAMB examination but are interested in studying any of the NCE programmes offered by the College are also eligible to apply. Such candidates are advised to visit the Bursary Department at the College to obtain the Application Form, which is available at a non-refundable cost of five thousand naira (5,000.00) only. This opportunity ensures that interested applicants who missed JAMB are not left out and can still pursue their academic goals at the College.

Moreover, the admission portal is also open to candidates who may have applied to other institutions but now wish to transfer or switch their institution of choice to the College of Education, Gindiri. This flexibility allows candidates to effect a change of institution on the JAMB portal and align their application with the College’s offerings. Whether applying for the Degree or NCE programmes, such candidates are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and complete the necessary procedures as early as possible.

For further information or clarification, prospective candidates are encouraged to visit the College’s official website or contact the appropriate departments within the institution.
