FEDERAL UNIVERSITY BIRNIN KEBBI (FUBK) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

PROF TEE-JAY

This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into Federal University Birnin Kebbi through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (D.E), and who selected the university as their first choice institution, that the online screening process for the 2025/2026 academic session has officially commenced. The screening exercise is scheduled to begin on Monday, 11th August, 2025. This exercise is a critical requirement for all prospective students seeking admission into various undergraduate programs offered by the institution.

Candidates eligible for the screening are those who obtained a minimum score of 150 in the UTME examination. In addition, Direct Entry candidates who possess at least a Lower Credit at the National Diploma level from recognized institutions or have obtained a minimum of 7 points at NCE or IJMB are also eligible to participate in this screening. It is important that only those who meet these criteria proceed with the registration process, as failure to meet the minimum requirements may result in disqualification.

The university has outlined a clearly defined screening procedure which must be strictly followed by all applicants to ensure a smooth and successful registration. The steps are detailed below:
